1. Rental Agreement
By renting a vehicle from MalagaCarRental, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
2. Driver Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 years (25 for premium vehicles)
- Valid driver's license held for at least 1 year
- Valid passport or national ID card
- International Driving Permit required for non-EU licenses
3. Payment & Cancellation
Full payment is due at pickup. We accept debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are fully refunded.
4. Insurance
All rentals include TPL and CDW. Super CDW (zero excess) is available for an additional fee. Personal belongings are not covered.
5. Fuel Policy
Full-to-full policy: collect the car with a full tank and return it full. Refueling charges apply if the tank is not full upon return.
